This program is for exhausted, stressed out leaders who are having trouble performing at their normal levels. It helps them re-calibrate their mind and body  so they can feel like themselves again. This day supports them in recapturing a sense of calm and deep clarity.

What this experience looks like:

  • This one on one session includes a pre and post coaching call and a half or full day on the trail in spectacular locations in the Canadian Rockies.
  • Full day locations are at Moraine Lake or Lake O’Hara and half days sessions are in Canmore or Banff.
  • On the trail enjoy stunning scenery, coaching conversations, a a forest immersion practice to foster a deep mind and body reset and some time just for you.
  • By using proven techniques your body and mind can unwind and re-calibrate to your normal state of being which is peace and equanimity. From that place you will have perspective on your life and can make more effective decisions.
